Greetings, I logged in today to play some Coop sc2, and once again, my Raynor, Kerrigan, and Artanis are level 5 when they used to be maxed out. This seems to happen every so often which is pretty frustrating for a lot of players. Anyways, hoping for a quick resolution, and I will patiently await assistance.

Is waiting it out…hours…days…weeks or months? I was just playing COOP last night at level 11 and then this morning back to level 5. Being that this has happened so many times before one would think they could fix it so that it doesn’t happen again.

Historically, it’s rarely taken more than two weeks. That said, more recently it’s been closer to 2-4 days.
The reason it’s not permanently fixed is because SC2 ended development almost five years ago. It’s in “maintenance mode” as many people call it. That essentially means SC2 has very low priority compared to the actively developed games.
