Is blizz gonna fix the Mengsk medivac (intercessor) bug?

Currently the Mengsk Medivacs have a bug where they will follow Mengsk’s troops very far behind them, out of healing range of the troops in the front who are taking damage. A-moving the entire group forward (deployed Witnesses included) will not make the medivacs move forward to heal the frontline troops, instead they will stay at max heal range from the furthest back troops.

Has Blizz ever acknowledged this bug?

The prestige sounds nice but I wm definitely not looking forward to level Swann or Karax again… maybe they should give a decreased exp curve when relevelling commanders

Oh these look really fun and look like they add a lot to play with. One thing im curious about though are, i love tychus. There’s a whopping +200% more damage mastery with -50% damage taken if outlaws are out of vision range. That looks very interesting to me since a frequent problem is him only being able to defend a single point at a time. Couldn’t you just make some speedrun builds maybe with a medivac only healing build with lone wolf Tychus assaulting a point with 125 x 300% damage grenades to … literally grenade anything below ultralisks to death in one nade while having Sam run in and bomb objectives with 3000 damage c4s and a sirius to defend another point or sit at base for defense or assault another. (Do Sirius’s Turrets get the boosts too btw? ) I mean something i kinda enjoy is the brawly nature of tychus and i actually don’t mind being able to always be in a fight. Also a blaze with a +200% damage buff and half damage having 900 damage building burns could be so nice on dead of night. Couldn’t you just walk him around the map and watch the whole thing light on fire, and then if you needed to regroup / heal just bring em together and split up again? Then with this buff he has tons of strong ground outlaws but need some to hit both. I feel like if there was a way to buff fixers to be interesting to use like Nikara, a prestiege one to buff them or Vega gameplay (Vega is extremely fun, i love them, but the cost to support them and fragileness of the mc army and well… 0 armor ultralisks to be eaten alive in 2 seconds by mere +3 attack zerglings is a little shocking. )

The Odin Cooldown one does look fun though. I’ve always thought that i’ve always wanted the odin but never wanted to lose tychus. Sometimes i’d try to futiley try to destroy it if i needed aoe for a objective only to give up. I wish there was just a self destruct button on the odin too, to maybe make it easier to break Tychus out of it when you were done and maybe give a finisher or 2nd move to the odin. (Though he’s already strong enough currently). But idk, maybe like just a small 100 damage explosion for some zerglings, followed by getting your tych back instantly could be a nice quality of life feature if he ever needed it in the future.

I have a couple questions. Would one still be able to play a commander they have mastered at their mastery levels, while they are re-leveling that commander?

Like if I wanted a certain commander for a specific mission or he/she was optimal a mutation. But I was re-leveling that comander to unlock a prestige mode options, could I still play that commander at the mastery level, while I’m doing the re-leveling (wouldn’t get experience obviously). Fot some of us the grind will take longer than others, and while hardly a deal breaker, it be nice to be able to play a mission with our mastery commander if we wanted to, while are re-leveling.

Also the way I read it, all the re-leveling is with the standard commander layout? You can’t re-level 1-15 with the prestige talent option, even after you unlock it, correct; because it be neat if you could; some of options would actually help with lower levels?

Instead of giving us new content (maps) they decided to let us grind prestige. I’m happy for whoever likes this, but I won’t install again just for this.

Stukov bunker prestige is insane and H&H bomber prestige is absolutely crazy from what I’ve seen. Very cool stuff!

wait, they didnt buff Karaxs units HP but increase their cost?

I don’t have the game installed either. It’s an odd kinship, but I’ll take it :slight_smile:

His 30% unit tax was always there, but has units had +50% from his last major revamp. Or were you expecting more beyond that?

was meant as a joke.
Last time they reverted the mastery that reduced his cost by what it initially upped them (30%).

So the last time they tried to “buff” karax, all he got was 50% more hp for 30% more cost what led most ppl to the conclusion that it was a dps nerf.

i was expecting nothing anymore. I really wonder that this huge update comes out of nowhere.
I like the new carriers of his. I need to wait to get home and try some stuff. Really not sure about karax yet but im looking forward to the skyterran raynor perk :open_mouth:
