_ Heroes of the Storm - Powerful heroes spawn periodically to attack the player
_ Chaos Studio

  • Propagator no longer insta-kill units, deal 20 + 10% max health of the target as damage every second. Unit kill be Propagator revive as new Propagator
  • Polarity no longer grant invulnerability, it instead grants a 60% damage reduction against one player.

_ League of the Overpowered (New mutator) All commanders receive an unique buff.

  • Alarak have ‘The chosen Lord’ aura. Whenever Alarak sacrifice an unit, he gain a permanent aura bonus equal to 0.2% x the supply of the Sacrificed unit. This aura give bonus attack damage and ability power to all Tal’darim units in a 9-radius around Alarak. Say Alarak sacrifice 10 Supplicants (20 supply), the aura permanently give 4% bonus ability power and attack damage to all Tal’darim units around Alarak.
  • Abathur Biomass cap is now 200 instead of 100. Ultimate Evolution can also collect biomass.
  • Artanis, whenever an unit activates Guardian Shell, it’s ability power is permanently increased by +100% and it’s attack speed +100%.
  • Dehaka gain a new ability ‘Zurvan essence’. This ability is auto-learnt when Dehaka level up to 10. Dehaka attack deal Splash damage. Devour now target 2 more units nearby (cooldown equal to the time it take to digest the strongest unit). Leap area increase +100%. Intimidating Roar give a attack damage to all nearby primal Zergs equal to 1% x total essence of Dehaka. Scorching Breath now create an explosion after dealing damage, the explosion damage all units (air too) in the area equal to 25% of Dehaka Essence.
  • Karax, all of his top-bar abilities have its Solarite cost and Cooldown reduce by 80%. Orbital Strike (1 solarite), Solar Lance (10 solarite & 24s cooldown), Chrono Surge (48s cooldown), Purifier Beam (90s cooldown)
  • Nova, Every kill increase her Snipe damage by 4 and Shotgun’s Scatter shot by 2. Her units gain +1% Health for every kill they made.
  • Kerrigan, Immobilization Wave deal damage to the entire map including buildings but stun area remain the same. Assimilation Aura make enemies drop resource = 100% of their build cost.
  • Stetmann, Stetzone benefit increase x2 to your units. Movement speed bonus 200%, Health bonus 20, energy bonus 10. Allied bonus remain the same 50%, 5 health and 2.5 energy.
  • Tychus, Weapon upgrade give x3 as mush damage, Life and armor upgrade give x2 as mush life and armor.
  • Stukov, all of his units have 40% to resurrect itself. Resurrected units can resurrect again.
  • Zagara, her combat unit supply reduce by half, hatch in pair or in 4 (Scourges) or 6 (Swarmling), resource cost stay the same.
  • Vorazun, Her cloaked Nerazim have 5% chance to insta-kill another unit when they deal damage. (as long as that is her unit and they are cloaked)

Edit:

  • Raynor, Stimpack now cost 20 Health instead of 5, increase movement spd and atk spd by 150% (up from 75%). Every units of Raynor can use it (SCV, Medic, Tank, Vulture, BC, Banshee, Viking)
  • H&H, every supply of Mira’s units die increase Matt’s unit attack damage by 0.1% x supply. Every Supply of Matt’s units die reduce Mira’s unit cost by 0.05% x supply (can not be below 25%).
  • Zeratul, when he summons the Legion, a random additional legion will be summoned by it and atk move with it. When Calldown the Avatar, 2 Legions will be summoned to escort it for free.
  • Swann, Laser Drill auto attack damage x2, ability damage x3. Swann has an upgrade at Engineering bay, ‘Gas Gas Gas’. ‘Gas Gas Gas’ cost 5000 Gas to buy, increase attack damage of all units and turrets of Swann by +6 permanently. Can be bought infinitely.
  • Fenix, all 3 suits can be presented on the field without the need to be swapped. Top-bar is still in used to put the suit offline for regeneration and then summoned on a different location. Top-bar cooldown is reduced from 15s to 3s. After unlocking all 6 Champions, Probius will descend at the Nexus. Probius 200/200 shield & Health, with attack power of photon cannon. Probius has a Hero Slayer aura. Every time Amon’s heroic units die near Probius, the aura give +1 attack damage to Fenix suits and Champions.

I like how early you are with this. :blush:

Just one thing;

Everyone else feels really overpowered but this one is a little bit underwhelming. Just remove the energy cost for Fenix’s abilities and remove the 15 second cooldown for swapping suits.

Also give everyone a bonus outside of their calldowns, maybe give Raynors units a “Camaraderie” bonus which gives infantry units damage mitigation for every other infantry unit beside them, Swann an instant Immortality protocol or Overcharged Vespene Harvesters, just some ideas. Abathur with a cap of 200 biomass makes some of the other OP stuff look weaker.

I’d love it if the League of the Overpowered was played on an endless survival map, that way you can really feel how overpowered your commander becomes.

Just realise 200 biomass = 200% life steal

Brutalisk 200% life steal and 200% atk speed and 4500 health lol.
