SPAM - Crash On Launch - Mac

I cannot get the game to start at all on my MAC mini. My error code is
96784713-CEB3-44A6-B5A3-AF3409E43E9. I have uninstalled and reinstalled my game as well and that did nothing. Please advise in layman’s terms or fix your product. I keep getting these fatal errors, now explain why.

Hey SPAM,

The last crash I see on our side is from the 26th while you were using the 10.13.6 MacOS version. If you are getting a new crash code while using 10.14.6, please provide that crash code.

Hey there,

The crash suggests the OS was updated from 10.13.6 to 10.14.0. There is a newer 10.14.6 version available. Would it be possible to check for it through the system menu or through Apple’s website?

I might also suggest double checking folder permissions to ensure the game is able to read the required files to run:

  1. Application Support Permissions
  2. Disk Permissions
  3. Shared Folder Permissions
  4. Game Folder and File Permissions

Let us know if this works for you.

I reinstalled the game and updated my OS, why this now? It used to work. I really cannot fathom nor understand the consequences of doing these changes to my computer as suggested.

My computer lists OS 10.14 as its OS and that’s all. I suggest you fix this in your next patch as usual. It is hard to justify buying anything further from your company if this is not fixed in a timely manner.
