Royal guard cost prestige+gas cost on mastery and an Swann ally? It’s my best bet.

I did a quick calc 
So with both prestige and mastery, the (assumed) cost reduction is 45% (20% mastery and 25% from prestige. I count roughly 7 PoA there, which comes out to be only just under 3500 gas.
The 3rd set of Thrashers doesn’t spawn until 13.5min ish, so entirely possible to get all of those units out at that point. Although, I am certain that was more editor placed for a cool camera shot lol.
