Apparently terran have the right to kill an obs if they see it on map without any counter-play from protoss.
Im Terran and even i didnt like this change. No one was complaining about chargelots, adepts, observers, VRs or Tempests and yet they are all changed in this patch.
Give carriers graviton catapult back, replace MSC with arbiters or at least make it immune to yoink and neural. Protoss need all that against zerg and it wont effect TvP.

When stimmed bio at pro play often takes 500+ minerals worth of resources in scans to kill 25/75 unit, yeah. It deserves a bit of nerfing.
If you have army underneath and scan it’s dead, it’s a matter of simple technique; apparently terran players can’t even be asked to execute a simple obs take-down. If an obs is spotted with the current speed, a good player will take it down; nerfing obs speed just means it’s now dead 100% of the time with no counter-play.

If protoss is silver league, they will indeed have obs above Terran army. Problem is, if they are not.
I know you are a diamond league but I’ll try to explain this slowly to you; when a terran spots an obs, he sends a pack of marines over to it, at that point he scans (or brings a raven) and shoots it out of the sky in one volley; apparently terran are too dumb to wait for marines to be in range before scanning so we have to nerf obs speed

It’s not even a real reason though. If they said something about banshee play in tvp, then maybe, but why this?

because a terran player scanned too early and obs got away so then he sent a hand-written letter to blizz sealed in his blood asking for it to be nerfed
