Honestly, if you are genuinely concerned I would contact your local law enforcement. Who may contact the FBI for you.
If you are in the U.S., there are also federal cyberbullying laws now, and you can go to https:://www.stopbullying.gov/ directly if you feel actually threatened.
But realistically, I’m not sure what you would expect Blizzard to do about this. Ban someone? That doesn’t stop him from carrying out threats. So it does nothing to address your concerns.
Really doesn’t shock me that the person taking an online death threat from someone that has no clue who you are seriously is unable to figure out how to post a replay.
