Protoss literally just needs to defend in order to get to the a-move auto win comp which is literally unbeatable even without high templar.
Their upgrades are infinitely more intuitive so if you go viking cyclone with anti-ground units too your upgrades are split, but their upgrades are just effortless.
They can just build cannons for instant easy static defense.
They have shield batteries.
So the “defense” part, which is the entire part of the game because it’s impossible to win after they get to 200/200 skytoss objectively, is not even a part of the game and is actually something which involves the terran defending because protoss has infinitely more tempo and a million ways to end the game early.
This really puts into perspective how much of a no-d rat you have to be to claim protoss needs buffs.

They can just build planetary fortress for instant easy static defense.
They have repair.

Do we really have to deal with these kind of low level posts? I can switch the terran / toss parts with their counterpart and it instantly makes as much sense as before. Maybe some people should stop crying and just git gud?

I can see people still didn’t realized after all these years is that because zerg can win against maxed out protoss it doesn’t mean Terran can do it aswell. The units have different stats, abilities and acts totally different. There is some critical points in late game where protoss cant be stopped anymore in TvP no matter what you do and how better you played than your enemy.
Despite all the changes, the racial identities are more or less the same as they were 14 years ago. And yet we still have the same people repeatedly posting some variation of “My race has it worst; Prove me wrong!”
I guess whatever keeps the forums active.

There’s a reason why this place is almost not moderated and why they don’t advertise it anymore. They don’t want to invest the $ into fighting off the trolls who are multiboxing here, pretending to be different people when they’re not.
Now days if you want official communications you go to Discord and/or Reddit. Which ironically are worse platforms that encourage worse behavioral patterns.
