Selendis/Ji’nara like Matt and Mira. Golden Armada and Death Fleet. They will be able to have 2 mother ships with different abilities and be able to build both Daleam and Tal’darim flying units that buff each other. They should not be able to build Gateway but only Robotic Bay and Starports that would be cheaper (I know Fenix something like it). From Daleam units - Fenix/Scout/Mirage (one of them) or even new weaker unit that will be equivalent of Stalkers, Arbiters (as detectors), Carriers, (must have as it’s Golden Armada), modified Tempests as siege unit. From Tal’darim units mainly Void Rays as aoe damage unit and Void Prisms that might be an unique variation for the commander and give extra supplies and play the pylon role. I didn’t think of the calldowns yet.
We don’t need to waste protoss commanders. Using two characters for one commander is fine for terran, because Terran has more characters available to use than any other race. Protoss only has Selendis, Rohana, and Jinara as main line characters. They could use Urun, and Mohander if they want to use characters that only showed up once. At last they have more than Zerg though. Izsha, the Overmind, and maybe Duran are our only hope there.
I would also say that you would want some kind of disposable ground unit To tank on the ground for you. Maps like cradle of death or mutators like mutually assured destruction will prove that.
Your truck will end up face tanking all the ground hitting only units and it will die more than you want (not too bad to overcome, but still a nuisance). You’d also want something to tank hybrid nuke explosions in mutually assured destruction away from your flyers. Maybe even more disposable units other than probes to feed to kill bots.
You’d at least want a zealot or supplicant or something like that.

I think Ouros could work as a Protoss Commander. He could use Ihan-rii units; and abilities similar to Amon. He could summon Void Shard like constructs and Void Thrashers. I doubt he’d use Hybrids.
Void Thrashers also look pretty Hybrid to me.
All I’ve seen is that Void Thrashers originate in the Void. Nothing says they were created by Amon.
But, Zeratul already uses Ihan-rii units.
Both Karax and Talandar use Purifier units and Artanis and Selendis (will) use Templar units. Ouros would just use proper Ihan-rii warriors rather than constructs.
Mohandar died before the invasion of Aiur. So i honestly don’t want to see him as a commander since the nerazim stick is already taken by Vorazun.
This would not be the first to bring dead characters back.
