Shield Battery’s Restore shield ability’s description always show it restore 36 shield per second and 72 with Nexus’s Overcharge regardless game speed, whether it was faster, normal or slower.
It supposed to show as 50 shield per second and 100 per second with Overcharge on faster game speed, something between 36 and 50 on fast speed, and a smaller than 36 value on slow and slower speed.
