i can see the hotkey profile in the folder but cant use it an everytime i reset the graphic options dont save?

I have the same problem and have been doing some research on this topic issue. Seems like its been a problem for a lot of players since 2018 in SC2 and Heros of the Storm. There’s no good fix for it, if you can even find one.
