i have experienced it a few times on oblivion express. i go to the location prophetic vision tells me to go to but, there is no artifact fragment. i do not know if it is on other levels. the worst was last time, where it affected even the first artifact fragment.
oblivion express you kill trains, has nothing to do with what ever your talking about here, not even the correct mission. man are you really just that bad at trying to complain you cant even find something real to complain about.
Do you mean you see Zeratul himself in the middle of the vision instead of the vision command spawning the artifact?
