SC2 Editor Terrain editing is broken

The editor has been completely broken since the latest update. Cliffs, ramps, the mirror tools, terrain editing in general has been broken since the ptr and continues to be borderline unusable.
Ramps will randomly decide you cant place them on certain cliffs, and will randomly let you place them after 40+ attempts and spam clicking the cliff.
Using different cliff types is also broken now because you can place or edit a cliff of type 1 (like a man-made cliff) using a relatively small brush size (like 3.5) and every cliff of cliff type 2 (an organic cliff) will change for no reason to the selected cliff type within a huge radius completely at random… Ive literally gone over the changed cliffs with a brush size of 0.25, purely to change them back to the desired cliff type only to have the same thing happen in reverse!
Finally the mirroring tools no longer function correctly for the terrain editing. You can go over one corner of the map crafting the terrain to be perfect (taking 5 times as long as it used to, spamming 2 million cliffs to try to get them to place at all, and redoing cliffs over and over again because they keep deciding to change every cliff type within a 3 mile radius of your brush) and when you finally have the terrain how you want it and you look over at the opposite corner of the map and it looks nothing like it should or did when using rotational symmetry before the most resent patch. Im talking cliffs of different types, ramps placed in the wrong place, or completely missing, and over all completely scuffed… (Admittedly this is probably just caused by the currently broken state of terrain editing and nothing to do with the mirroring feature itself)
The sc2 editor is just unusable for me in its current state thanks to the broken terrain editor, and I haven’t seen anyone else talking about this sans one thread claiming it was a mac issue. Which it clearly isnt as im on windows.
