My portraits for purchasing the World of Warcraft Mist of Pandaria Collector’s Edition have disappeared, in particular the “Templar Elf” portrait. I know that this purchase was a long time ago, about 11 years ago, but damn, there simply can’t be a mistake on my part. I’ve been playing both games for all these years and all this time the Emperor’s Quilen in WoW has always been in my collection. But the portrait in StarCraft suddenly disappeared about a week ago.

i purchased digital deluxe 2 month ago and now the achievement and all the bonus is missing from my account.

I bought StarCraft 2 Digital Deluxe Edition but only unlocked the collection skins and achievements of Wings of Freedom, the international server I played when the Chinese server was gone, I really like the collection skin of Thunderbeast, I hope you can help me solve it, thank you

The SC1 Remastered portraits were just reinstated for me, though as if it were just unlocked; it dates today rather than Dec. 2021 when I’ve gotten it, is this final or do you know if they’ll also revert the achievement dates?

Unfortunately I don’t know. With the migration to the new system, it’s possible that from the new system’s perspective, that is when you achieved that FoS.

I can live with the dates being incorrect. I’ve bought more than one copy of StarCraft Remastered over the years anyway.

I’m not too worried either. The FoS doesn’t do much besides display in the achievements tab. The portraits, however, they are actually usable content for me.

Indeed. I’m getting excitedly close to unlocking the Predator portrait after all this time!

starcraft remastered achievement has returned. still waiting for starcraft 2 hots and lotv digital deluxe.

Hey. I just bought sc2 digital deluxe and I’m having the same problem. I did not receive hots and lotv rewards. No skins, no portraits, etc

I purchased the digital deluxe version of StarCraft II, but ran into a problem: I only have awards from the Wings of Liberty campaign. There are no awards from the “Heart of the Swarm” and “Legacy of the Void”.
