My coop commander leveled back & stuck at level 5. I tried to fix and repair it, restarted my PC, and reinstalled the game still doesn’t fix my problem.

This is something that happens intermittently. When it does, we just have to wait a bit until it resolves itself.

I have the same problem. It is not just the 3 free commanders, but all of them.
i have the same as well all of my commander is lvl 5 even the purchased one
Historically, it’s taken between a few days and about two weeks.

Can we get a proper fix for this bug, as it keeps happening all the time? We shouldn’t have to wait weeks just to play again.
I wish Bliz would do a proper fix.
But based off the bug’s history combined with SC2’s low priority overall, it doesn’t seem like they are interested in fixing the root cause.
Kinda speechless, it was fixed two days ago but now it has happened again.
To the beloved customer service team, this is very important. Focusing on resolving your client’s problem will help you gain a great reputation and be able to grow your revenue.
Unfortunately, it’s not something under CS’s juristiction.
Since SC2 has ended development, it appears that Bliz isn’t going to fix the root cause. However, they have put in partial countermeasures that help speed up the recovery when the issue does pop up.
So it sounds like it’s going to continue to happen intermittently, indefinitely.
