So recently a community designed patch was released and it disappoints me that the coop community wasn’t included. I don’t see why they couldn’t have given some changes for coop mode as well with the scale of the changes they made in versus.
Should we as coop players push for at least “balance” changes for the prestiges/masteries or just leave it be? I’d like to know your thoughts and I hope that maybe it spurs some of our high-profile players to also reach out to what remains of blizzard’s maintenance team.
To be honest, the games I’ve played since the patch felt much harder than before, but the sample size is too small at this time for me to be sure, could just have been accidents at this point.
Rather than looking at balance, I’d rather look at actual issues like Han & Horner having a dead Mastery, or various bugs that exist that community members have addressed in their own co-op based maps.
Fix the bugs. This community is incapable of coming to any sort of consensus on balance . It’s not like balance is needed. Every commander is viable, sure some are more viable, but they’re all playable on standard brutal, and all have situational strengths for mutations.
It seems that CtG has prepared a list of bugs that he will pass to Harstem for submission and had the discord community vote on it to determine the high priority bugs to be fixed. Thanks CtG!
And yeah what I meant was to fix the bugs like non-working masteries and stuff. Reworking stuff would be nice but is probably just a pipe dream at this point.
Oof. Harstems reply isnt reassuring. Especially knowing the games out of development. Its probabaly only going to be game breaking things that they will fix. Like the log in issues from last month or the disappearance of archon mode. Small stuff isnt likely going to get resources put on a end of life game.
