Subject: StarCraft2 Co‑op commander stuck at level5, owned but no XP gain

I have purchased this co‑op commander on Asia server. However it is stuck at level 5 cap, gain zero XP after finished co‑op missions. Please refresh my account entitlement for this commander.

my one also same, the GM ask me come to forum for solving this problem. My acc is all commander and mastery level cannot gain XP
