Nah nathanias is worse because he will complain and complain on stream and then as soon as he’s casting tournaments he’ll switch and be the one to call out whiners.

Oh yeah, for sure. You’re 100% right. Most of these guys in the lime light are bat s. Being a hypocrite is far down on their list of issues. Nathanias just happens to be a guy with anger issues big enough to overcome his ability to filter out true feelings.
Everyone knows Zerg has been gifted OPness and ease of use for years. We’re all just supposed to turn a blind eye to it and act like it’s not a thing. Nathanias is like Trump… yeah he’s got serious issues, but he’s the only one capable in that position of actually saying a truthism, even if everything else he says is a lie.
You need SOMEONE who has enough honesty or issues to “critique” one of his main sources of money (at least in the past). Wardi sure isn’t going to hate on anything. Lowko is a scam artist. He’s with the lying. I mean… all of these guys are sell outs. They’re trying to fill the boat with money, not rock it.
It’s sad… because if these guys would speak out… they could actually improve the game thus potentially increasing the longevity of it. They’ve casted the game for how long now? What, they’re too stupid to realize what needs to be changed? Come on.
Think how crazy this is. Our most popular casters NEVER EVEN PLAY SC 2. They have zero interest in playing the game, yet they offer no constructive criticism.
Don’t know about maynarde but Rotti and Feardragon do play at a pretty high level.
Maynard is about 6.1k mmr. I believe he is the highest ranked caster.

What??? Obviously Artosis and Tasteless… Feardragon? What does he cast? Isn’t he back to programming? Plus, he’s a noob. I still can’t get over Rifkin hating on him. Imagine Rifkin hating on another caster. More amazing than winning GSL.
Never seen him in GM. Just take one look at the guy or hear his 6 year old humor that is still laughing over a fart joke or thinks innuendos are the pinnacle of human intelligence and you can tell he probably sucks real bad.

Yeah. Pig is good. He’s the most logical streamer, by far, and easily one of the more “normal” ones. But, the highest paid casters, according to everyone are tastosis, because they’re also the most popular.
Yet, they never play SC 2 nor will they talk about how the game could be better. It’s just always “best game ever, just don’t ask me to play it. Thanks.”
Point is, everyone is either a lying d bag that has a following or they’re too scared of jeopardizing their cash flow to say what they truly feel. So, all you get are regurgitated lies or people with the most sway who do jack to try to improve the game.
The game is truly in a bad state when you have noobs making up the balance team and those with sway are too busy playing BW to comment.

I mean Artosis doesn’t play sc2 but he has a good idea of what’s happening. He also hosts the pylon show so you hvae to give him credit for that.
If he has a good idea of what’s happening, then it just furthers my point… because he does nothing to improve SC 2. He never has any constructive criticism. What Toss unit should be buffed? Anything OP? Never heard him say anything even remotely controversial.
It’s one of the most impressive things in SC 2 how he can manage to produce so much SC 2 content without actually offering any advice on how to improve anything.
You listen to guys like Artosis and you’d think he was on the same level as Day[9] back in the day, just because they qualified for the same tournaments and were friends. These guys don’t give anyone proper credit for anything. Why was SC 2 so successful? Why isn’t it so big now?
He’s either not going to say anything or it’s going to be worthless/wrong, despite being a guy who should know more than anyone.
Artosis is like a guy being blackmailed. He says whatever he thinks he’s supposed to. It’s called having a family and having your entire life be dependent on not losing your SC 2 gig/opportunities.
The guy should have so many insights, but there’s never anything to learn. All you can learn is maybe who the guy is that hires them for events. Anything beyond that, good luck. That show is such a missed opportunity.
Like watching people commentating on the titanic as it goes down and just talking about how great the boat design is and how it’s the best thing ever. Maybe so, but I’m not sure that’s the time for those comments/energy.

Edit: I just looked it up. Wow… he’s sub 4k MMR. What a surprise. Listening to him, I figured he would have been 6k MMR+. Having followed SC 2 and never seen him in a caster tournament, I would have figured he was 7K MMR. Having listened to him only talk about people getting it on, I would have thought he was an 8K MMR god who was simply trying to withhold talking about the game to not give away his secrets.

Rotti and Pig have ex pro gaming experience. A couple people have only seen Maynard play a game before. Best kept secret is him being the highest rated caster… For people who love math, I’d love to know how that adds up.

I think Lambo would actually have a case if he can show it affected his stream viewership or sponsorship/endorsements. Nathanias isn’t some random person, he’s cast some of the biggest SC2 tournaments as an “analyst” and is a public figure.
Legal definition:

Nathanias 100% did that and could be held libel.

Best caster on casters tourney was Alex007 next to Rotti and a Polish one whose name I cant remember. Maynarde is not among those.
Rotterdam is a former pro in War3 and the next to pros Eu in SC2, Although Demulsim can be considered a caster or player? Not sure but 1-2 years ago he was almost nearing Heromarine.
Now he plays war3, him and Rotti. I cannot beat Rotti on SC2 any time soon, but I can on war3. But he’s still good there, he owned me hard, but we won a fun 4v4 against him and Tod.

I doubt Maynarde could be GM even if he wanted to. Guy is too stuck in first grade. I didn’t even realize the guy played SC 2 until I heard a week ago that he came out with a video on how to overcome ladder anxiety. News to me.
I don’t really know of alex007. I have the impression he’s a Russian caster. Random, but I also think Pomi is a Russian caster. I beat that guy in BW once… and upon watching the replay… I was blown away by how good his macro was. Only time that has happened to me in regards to a Toss in BW.
I usually always beat Rotti, because… he just does my old build, but a worse version… My new build is light years better, thus… he struggles. I don’t get why the guy just won’t “update his windows.” Weird. Still rocking that windows 96.
I’ve already explained why it had to be updated/sucks. I don’t get it, but w/e.
Demuslim, if he can be considered a caster is definitely the best one, playing wise. I know he never did much in tournaments in SC 2, but I always felt he was underrated as a player. He was definitely one of the best non Korean Terrans to ever play on NA.
I’m sure it’s just me… but I never know whether it’s Demuslim or Maynarde talking until they show who it is on camera. For being from different countries, with different accents, I’m just blown away by how similar their voice is. IMO.
