See that giant increase in Terrans in GM after 2019? You know, the one that corresponds with a plummet in the number of zergs? Lmao. Pray to the Blizzard GODS that they are merciful with the nerfs. Just because Serral wins tournaments doesn’t mean the game is balanced for the rest of zergs. Remember when Blizzard said that just because Maru was doing well doesn’t mean TvP was fair, and then proceeded to nerf protoss into oblivion? Your time is coming, terran. Kiss your free-unit mechanics goodbye! Drop as many mules as you can while you still have them!

When’s the last time the balance team said something or made a patch? Surely not this year. Would put a missing poster out, but… would rather them stay missing than see more Toss nerfs for the lulz.

They don’t even try to give an impression of caring about the game or even ever watching it. Playing a race that needs buffs in this game is like praying to biased bronze 3 leaguers that they can understand the urgency needed and understanding the specific things that need buffed.

And that’s why this game is dead and sucks, because that’s exactly what it is.

Dude, you got to 5.8k by massing carriers and cannons. At least hupsaiya knows how to do blink disruptor styles. Printf masses cannons too but at least he knows how to attack.

Protoss was way more interesting in the days of HotS with the hundreds of builds ranging from 6 gate blink to 8 gate +2 timings to immortal sentry allins to colossi zealot builds. Now it’s about 1aing and picking up units with a warp prism. This game needs some serious help.

Blink, disruptor is the easiest and most brain dead style to ever grace this game. Come on, lol.

O boy, how do I figure out how to make stalkers and disruptors. You make the stalkers and it counters the air and you make the disruptors and it counters the ground. Only make 2 units all game. Drool on keyboard and hope to win.

If that’s what strategy or skill is, I hope to god I have neither.

Blink, disruptor is literally for the noregrets of Protoss. It’s for people who realize strategy isn’t for them and they’re easily amused people. People who can’t even figure out that disruptor vs disruptor is decided by who is more of the A word. Who doesn’t realize what’s actually going on and that the game will be won by patience/being easily amused/immature.

Blink and disruptor micro requires more than 1-a t-click. Do you know why I haven’t played in over a month? Played a game where a Protoss made 5 carriers and then just massed high templars with mass storms. He was 6k mmr from doing that and I outclassed him in every other metric in the game ranging from upgrades to income to supply. Zerg is in a really bad spot since infestors were nerfed. Nobody but Serral can win with Zerg. The GM rankings prove it.

Stop trolling. Your “roasts” are stupid. Your “roast” would possibly make SOME sense, if I wasn’t rated much higher in HotS, when I NEVER made a single freaking carrier vs anything.

But, ofc… you always change the goal posts. Everything is easy and you’d be 100000 MMR higher if you did it yourself. Every strategy I was doing then was randomly created by an 8 year Russian in LotV who never watched a stream or played against me. Yada, yada, yada. ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ.

I used to run you over with a 2 base speedroach timing. You’d rush dts and take a third and I’d kill the dts for free then steamroll your third and natural while 2 void rays tried to pew pew 100 roaches before they leveled your base. All while screaming HACKER for hard countering the dt build you used in 100% of games. I remember how shocked I was that one time you kept the DTs alive and those 2 archons actually allowed you to survive with a natural and then you died to muta corruptor.

When was the last time muta corruptor was used in LotV? Never because it’s garbage and zergs been deleted from the game.

You’ve had to be the world’s biggest moron to lose a P vs Z game since the inception of SC 2. Stop trying to brag about winning P vs Z. My god. You should be more concerned with the fact that you lost a game than “I beat 'x 'a couple times and it was so cool.”

The fact that you can even remember specific games from then shows you should stop talking. I would never waste memory on beating you in HotS. If it’s not so recent that it’s impossible to not remember, not going to remember. Don’t care if I beat you 100 times in a row, even in the most broken mu in history. Don’t care. I equally won’t ever care if I lost to a Zerg.

Parting just lost to a Diamond Zerg who is below 4k MMR, 10 minutes ago. Like news flash, everyone loses to Zerg. Anyone who picks the race gets to beat everyone. So even a sub 4k MMR player has the same claim to fame as you. GJ. You’re apart of the club of every other Zerg who has played him.

I don’t give a s about this stupid “playa didn’t use the hardest comp to micro, so he sucks.” I don’t give a flying F about micro. I didn’t play starcraft so I could be an A word obsessed with blinking s around. Without strategy reigning supreme in this game… you’re left with a bunch of morons that can beat anyone in the world, who then just copy a poster’s builds and act like did something.

This game needs a lot less micro and a lot more thinking. You’re celebrating a comp that is -1 from being mono battles. The height of stupidity.

Is anyone in the world winning with Toss? News flash: no. So, guess what you are if you’re copying any pro? A moron. The game needs to be solved/figured out, not copying someone who has only proven it doesn’t work.

I think everyone who masses stalkers is stupid. If you want to mass a basic unit… you know what you do? You pick Terran. Marines are 10000x better than stalkers and you just A-move. It’s like breathing. It’s easy and it steam rolls. So, if I were to ever mass stalkers… someone should kill me for being the world’s biggest moron. Especially given I could play Terran if I wanted.

BW Terran is harder than anything in this game. Relative wise, a lot better in that game than I ever was in this one (Toss sucks). There’s no proving stuff. Every time you talk, you just prove how dumb you are. The day you get banned for trolling is the day the world makes an ounce of sense again.

I’ll be laughing at your Zerg nerfs before you see any Terran nerfs. Go ahead though keep your grand delusions rolling, a harsh reality check awaits you the day the balance team remembers this game exists. Protoss buffs and Zerg nerfs are what we need.

Well idk batz is an interesting character is should say, very condescending with his percieved level of intellect. Sometimes pompous with his words like saying: “Parkinson law of triviality” and copy pasting from the Wikipedia page to look smart when in fact its just intellectual mumbo jumbo and can be translated to plain English by saying “oh people here talk about unimportant and irrelevant stuff and leave important bits unattended”. Like cmon… its pathetic from his part.

There are no mature/reasonable places in SC 2. This game and its “micro or bust mentality” doesn’t foster/attract reasonable people.

This sums up reddit: Out of the blue, some guy was like “hey playa, aren’t you that guy who win traded!? Yeah. You’re that guy who win traded!” I’m like no. Instead of making random accusations, how about linking something about this/proof? Ofc the guy was like “no. I don’t need to. You did it (because no such thing has ever happened).”

You might say… big deal… stupid people are a dime a dozen. Well… that’s exactly the problem. This guy’s comment got HUGELY UPVOTED and anything being critical, in the same nature, got immensely upvoted. I got massively downvoted and probably even banned for simply defending myself…

To this day… it’s the most random accusation I’ve seen. I don’t even know what it means. How does it even work? Do I lose 50 points and then gain 50 points and rinse and repeat?

Not map hacking. Not stream cheating. Win trading… Who has even heard of win trading on the NA ladder? Massively upvoted… This is what I deal with in SC 2.

I wrote a book detailing the “maxpax build” among many other things. I TAUGHT the build and the premise. Yet, people still want to name it after someone else. He wasn’t even the first to do pylon, pylon gate. He just wasn’t smart enough to realize it didn’t improve the build, at all. In fact, it’s a detriment…

I feel like those who had a good childhood are screwed over, because they don’t have this void they need to fill, where they’re trying to befriend everyone and get some kinda satisfaction that their dad never gave them or w/e.

No one wants to give you any credit simply because you’re not friends with their favorite streamer. That’s basically what it boils down to. It’s the R word. It’s absolutely ridiculous. It’s like everyone is holding out hope that one day they will become a moderate in a streamers channel if they practice approved propaganda.

It’s just really, really sad the kind of people this game attracts and the herd mentality. I seriously doubt chess is anything like this. You think their community is this immature? You think the go community is like this? You can tell this isn’t a good strategy game simply from the people it attracts. It’s sad.

We have to sit here trying to debate the obvious. Oh, is the lagging race of the last 50 years UP or not. Hmm… I’m not sure. This balance team might be the only entity that can rival tehbatz in trolling/being senseless.

I just don’t understand how a company with so much money and such a good game to build on could arrive at this point. Wt h happened?

If you are going to commit fact-denial, and expect me to do the same, yes it is useless. I base my opinion on the facts and the facts are that Zerg is getting WRECKED in Grandmaster. Blizzard has done balance patches in the past to help Terran when Terran was struggling in Grandmaster. Get ready for the nerfs!

The chart I posted shows how many GMs play each race in EU for the past several years. The chart wasn’t taken out of context, the chart IS the context.

Overall SC2 population varies drastically per season and you take the representation change in the group of 200 people without knowing the reason for the variation as an indication of the balance. For me, it is taking this chart out of context.
