HoTs had it’s own issues (swarm hosts, MSC).
I’m incline to want a rollback to Wings of Liberty. People still complained about balance but the game was the most popular at that time and I think nearly everyone can agree that it’s when we all had the most fun playing the game.
That’s not to say that I don’t like some of the additions to the game that came with HotS and LotV. If there was a way to bring the game back to WoL game play with an option to add some of the flavor that the expansions brought to the game, I think it would make everyone happy.
Yes, you have to provide your own evidence. Nobody is going to make your point for you, why the heck would we do that? Youre the one making the claim, the onus is on you to support it.

Swarm host was nerfed at the end of HOTS after what snute did.
I’m ok with wings, but that is not why I asked to rollback to HOTS. It is to demonstrate the fact of how spoiled PPP is currently with the blatant Protoss imbalance. That even when we roll back to the state of the game in the past where Protoss was obviously imbalanced PPP will complain that it is weak.
In terms of playing, yes I like either HOTS or WOL.

Well sure, they complained back. Most protoss players who haven’t played any other race for a reasonable amount of time are completely clueless to how the game works for Zerg or Terran. They just think that everyone has it as easy, if not more so, then they do.
It’s true but not because the game was good, but because the game was new and we were 10 years younger, everyone was pretty noob.
Even if they put the game on wol again, It won’t be the same, Heraclitus said “You cannot step into the same river twice, for other waters are continually flowing on.” , everything changes, the game changed, you also changed. You playing that game now would be different to your old you playing the game, you have now knowledge about the game, metagame, macro…everyone is the same, so the game would be different and you would start noticing the flaws earlier,meta would become stale probably during the first month.
The best part of rolling to hots would be that P would win premier tournaments again, at least more than 1-2 per year.

The irony here is I am behaving exactly like how you behave when engaging other posters. It is extremely ironic that you can’t handle your own method of posting. Such is the case with PPP, they would break down if given a taste of their own medicine.

Wings of Liberty was even more broken than HOTS:
- PvZ always degraded to all-ins and Archon Toilets if the game went past that all-in phase. A coin-flip was the only mechanic Protoss had to compete with Brood Lord + Infestor, Fungal had to be reworked and a new unit (Tempests) had to be added in the next expansion just to fix that problem. At this point though, Infestors have been changed to an extent where Protoss has the potential (and often a better chance) of competing without Tempests…
- MMMGV was the only option ever in PvT. Most other units were explicitly useless in the match-up; often to the point of having mechanics that were outright detrimental.
- TvZ was always a race to kill Zerg before Hive or hope that Zerg screws up royally if it gets to that point.
While some people don’t like several of the new units and may disagree with the balance at certain points within an expansion; the game has been getting progressively better with each expansion.

Ah, that’s fine way to argue. Similarly, I can say sc2 is balanced based on all the online resources that I found. And there are more data out there than Batz ever provided, so therefore hence I win.
Beside, you randomly cite Batz’s arguements without understand them yourself (did you even read his argument?). Batz must be really disappointed in you.
