Not seen too much anymore in pro scene, on ladder practically never and team ladder its nonsense. Serral was 2 years ago Burrowed Roach king, but since huge HP regen nerf not anymore. Do really need Roach 3 (with Burrow) upgrades? Its not a core unit, Roach is more like transition unit to higher tech or Timing push (one of the weakest in game and not hideable)…
What about merge Glial Reconstitution (Roach speed for Dia players and lower) with Tuneling Claws or better idea Once Burrow research done, they can Tunel (as Infestor)
I don’t now about teamgames, but on the proscene it’s one of the most common harass tech choices in ZvZ, behind mutas, drop blings, and simple runbies. You’ll occasionally see those in PvZ as well at it can work wonders on unsuspecting opponents since they necessarily don’t fullwall.

You see they are so unused that I had examples played no further than two days ago. Anyway, even if they were, having an option played less frequently in currents metagame doesn’t necessarily means it needs to be buffed.

Tunneling Claws nerf was absurd. It basically just punished Serral for being too good with it. Literally no other player in the world had any sort of success with it… it’s a little bit like all the creep nerfs. Zerg players just got better at spreading and defending their creep. Instead of other players actually improving and getting on Zergs’ level, it gets nerfed.

Well, Reapers got nerfed because of ByuN and Oracles got nerfed because of one guy (can’t remember the name) who abused some weird behaviour related to attack speed.
That’s incorrect. Reapers and Oracles were used by a lot of people.
Again compairing 3 Rax Reapers with Roach upgrade 
Reapers had I think that time vs Light atack, but dont know if granate against structures also. So Reaper was awfull stupid OP that time. I say only that why need a low tier unit, GtG atacker with low dps and plenty counters 3 upgrades? Its not like Marrine, all purpouse unit.
Same as burrowed Roaches.
Difference was, burroved roaches wasnt OP and game ending ,cheese, or ,Op strategy, but reaper rush was known as Op. Even scouted cannt be stopped. Who used burroved roaches was simple better player. Queing and fighting workers with 2 groups of 3-4 roaches and main army is not comparable with couple Reapers at 3 min mark or oracles
It was arguably op in zvz, but was nonexistent in other matchups.
They nerfed it solely because of serral; which is stupid.
They should revert it.
