Rework on Widowmine was unnecessary

Due to the present version’s lengthy tech chain requirements and low returns, the widowmines are incredibly weak, and Terrans have lost their last option for meaningful harassment to Protoss’s economy under the protection of cannons and batteries. Toss’s economy can easily grow faster than Terrans’ since workers spend less time constructing structures and more time mining. The overwhelming amount of zealots just ran over any early push, leaving Terran with no room to roam on the map but to defend. From there, Toss just takes over the map and gathers enough resources to max out 3-5 times in whatever builds in the late game, whereas Terran can only max out a couple times.
Suggest reduce the battery’s shield boost speed so it is more of a passive regen when out of combat, remove the widowmine alert and target highlight for its 30s cd sake.

Im wondering whos the low level protoss player in balance team suggest that stupid idea,nerf Terran all the time.
