Yesterday I sent a ticket regarding this issue, and as a result, the game master recommended to create a topic on the forum. As far as I understand, the problem exists only for the first 3 commanders. Despite the fact that I have purchased all 3 campaigns + Nova, I got my level progression reset, capped at level 5, and now I receive a message “Progression capped at level 5 until purchased” when I complete a mission and gain experience. I followed the advice of the game master: checked for updates and scanned for corrupted files, but it would not resolve the problem.

Yep I just logged on and both Raynor and Kerrrigan have dropped from level 15 down to 5… Frustrating as hell but it appears the bug is not new but an old one from a few years ago that eventually got resolved so hopefully they can resolve it quickly this time!
I posted the issue in an other topic for the same problem but I keep posting whenever I see a new one as the problem still exists (I’m at the EU server). And I’m not sure whether I can buy the last commander I still haven’t bought or there would be problems with it (even though the bug only affects the 3 free commanders yet).
Similar issue here. Kerrigan de-leveled after scheduled maintence. support ticket response said to log out and back in, as the game had lost connection to the client server. This, and a restart of the computer, have not fixed the issue.
since the GM is recommending not playing co-op while the bug is still a problem, i would very much like to know how soon they intend to resolve it.
Mismo error, hoy me conecté para jugar y el nivel con las 03 razas principales esta limitado a 5. Pido al soporte de Blizzard corregir este error cuanto antes.
