Raynor is on the official Blizzcon poster!

Check this out: Get Ready for BlizzConline™ February 19–20 - BlizzCon

So Raynor is on the official poster of Blizzcon 2021.

It would all be fine, if he wasn’t standing next to all the active figures:
Lilith (the main character of Diablo IV)
Bolvar (the main character of Shadowlands)
D.Va (a playable hero in Overwatch 2 and HotS)
Illidan (teasing Hearthstone, plus there’s WoW and Warcraft 3 Reforged)
Deathwing (using his HotS model, plus there’s WoW)

Could this mean something, or am I just imagining things?

It means OW has a new Raynor skin,Starcraft players will receive a Nova portrait.

No, Reynor is the italian zerg player, Raynor the starcraft character.

I think this Raynor is from HOTS. Blizzard don’t care about StarCraft anymore.
