You’re not alone. And it’s not just Asia servers. Blizzard always manages to do this somehow.

It doesn’t seem to happen as often now and this was resolved pretty quickly.
Hopefully that is a good sign.

No report needed. It will resolve on its own.

My Artanis capped at lv 5 again. and the Nexus seems to stuck at producing probes in game.

It solved for 1 day and the commanders are capped at lv 5 AGAIN! It’s been the whole weekend and not solved.
But why does it happen this game is old and it happens alot? why has it not been completely bug tested and resolved?
How long did it take to fix in 2022 when it happened then almost a year?
and now were in 2025 and it still happens? what happened?
This is unacceptable. End of Story.

Why others say it was resolved when mine is the same. Don’t tell me you are reverting back each of the accounts? That’s sick.
I’m having the same issue. Logged and cleared cache, no effect.
Unfortunately, SC2 was retired from development almost 5 years ago. As with all retired video games, regardless of the studio, they no longer have the high priority like the current actively developed games.
So, far less resources are allotted to SC2 which means some issues receive temporary fixes, whereas other issues receive no fixes. In SC2’s case, only most breaking issues are properly fixed. It’s the unfortunate fate of all video games at some point in their life.
Since you seem new, cause you dont seem to know what goes on and your saying that this only happened back in 2022, let me get you caught up to speed. It didnt just happen then, its been happening, for a long long time. Almost once a month to once every other month. Its a bug and it gets fixed in a day or two each time, probably aint even blizzard fixing it themselves, most likely its a server restart or something like that, that fixs the problem. and it always has been fixed in a timely manner. So chill out and wait.
Also i would like to point out something here, this bug seems to be only affecting those who have not bought the game, or any of the other commanders, i could be wrong on this, but the majority of yall complain about the free commanders like you dont have any others to choose from so im just gonna assume none of yall sunk any money into this game and are freeloaders. And for all you freeloaders complaining, that something in the game is bugged, its pretty laughable, considering most of you probably never spent a dime on the game.
I bought SC2 and both the zerg and protoss expansions as well as the 4 commander pack, zeratul and fenix. I can’t access ANY of the paid content now. Raynor, Kerrigan, Artanis AND all my purchased commanders are level 5.
I suggest we just demands refunds and the better business bureau or a lawyer. Blizzard is already being sued in a class action suit…don’t quote me but I think if you made any purchases from the online store within a certain time frame, they may or may not have sold your personal information to 3rd parties with or without your consent. I didn’t have time to care about this because I was busy playing co-op with my paid commanders in P3. Now that I can’t access any of the paid DLCs or even the base commanders 5+ level, I now have time to care about these things as well check to see if Blizzard has violated me in any other ways…and also clean my apartment.
