Ravager's bile to damage air units on takeoff

Currently corrosive bile makes damage only on landing.
Let’s add damage to air region above Ravager at the moment bile launched.

Here’s the “problem” this change would address:

  1. Zoning out Oracles and Liberators from mineral lines.
  2. It looks awkward to see Oracles just hovering above a Zerg army without consequence.
  3. I’ve often seen entire Zerg armies retreating from just a couple of Banshees or Oracles.
  4. Zerg traditionally lacks anti-air options, especially since Queens have become more costly.

Any thoughts? Why not?

It probably wouldn’t matter too much but it would be a nice option to punish players who are just derping around with no micro and hard counter units.
