There is indeed an issue with the MMR boundaries that should be getting fixed up in the next week or so.

League Boundaries and Ranks

Earlier this week, during our scheduled season roll, we encountered some unexpected issues that caused league MMR boundaries to become distorted. As a result, many users experienced unusual league placements. At this point, we believe we have restored the league boundaries to their correct positions, and players who were placed too low should naturally find themselves in the appropriate league with additional matches.
