Hi peeka, i really hope you are enjoying your discussions and that youāre less angry than you appears in some posts, because itās very funny riding the troll wave to answer you.
If your terran mmr is way higher than protoss and zergs you cannot really know, itās kinda obvious that it appears to you that zergs are easier, itās because you are playing against plat guys with zergs and against master guys as a terran.
I play only protoss and iām even really bad with them, when i see high level games it appears to me that late zerg comp requires more skill than a late toss comp, but i cannot say for true because itās a way higher level of play than mine.

Terran is easy to learn the basics of, They are involved in the WoL Campaign and the first race you get introduced to as such they can be easy to learn in that reguards

Protoss, There skill ceiling is pretty f-in low, Hints why they dont win @ GSLS or such what so ever
Easyest to win over-all? Zerg, They have alot of OP Abilitys and what knock once you get a handle for them, The ability to lose 20 drones inside of 7 mins and do little to no damage in return? You can still come back and win and make the game easy, Terran and protoss cant do this at all, Protoss has the hardest time to make a comeback with something like that, At Least terran has mules and can kinda comeback from it? But not to the degree of Zerg

it completely differs per league and phase of the game
As a beginner, I think terran is the easiest by far. They follow the standard method of build building, create strong (tier 1) units, attack and win the game.
The same goes for protoss, but a bit less. If you play against people with 0 micro skills, gateway units are incredibly strong. Zerg have an āunnaturalā way of playing so to speak, they have strong units but its not really clear cut what units you need to build in what situation. The fact that your production is locked with a larva mechanic means that you either need to build a ton of hatcheries, or learn how to use queens effectively.
Once you start climbing a bit (like gold-platinum league) and people learn to macro, Zerg becomes a lot stronger. At this point zerg has learned to use queens better and can throw wave upon wave of roaches/banelings against you in a-moves. Youāre gonna have to learn to macro and micro to beat that. Hardest to play at this point is probably terran, since you suddenly need to learn how to do more than f2 stim a-move. People who cant do that are the type who make topics about how imba zerg is on the sc2 blizzard forums 
Higher end, I think that depending on the state of the game zerg and protoss are kinda tied as the hardest race, with terran below it. The thing with terran is that it can be strong in any phase of the game and always has the perfect counter somewhere in the tech tree. But even without using the perfect counter units, the main core of the terran army is always incredibly strong (marines/tanks). If a terran is playing defensively, thereās almost no way to break him without a chance of straight out losing the game.
