Did you know that he could have search Google for this question before defending him? If so, then sure, Mr.WhiteKnight.
While you are at it, why don’t you also answer a bunch of questions that can also be answer on google like: is Zerg organic? Is Terran a human? Is Protoss an Alien?
There is a reason why no one ask those questions around here and it is because they are not brainless to not pull up a google search bar in 5 seconds.
Dude Co-op and Pvp are different so it can function differently.
If you are going to make cynical criticism against me and others instead of giving an opinion that is relevant to my question then don’t answer.
Ps Google has many answers and not all of them. And I deemed right to question in this forum because there are lots of Starcraft 2 Co-op fans who might know the answer.

Theoretically, I believe it kills all your stuff. However, since the network itself also counts as an entrance, if you lose that it means you’ve lost your base (especially if your Kerrigan is good and makes several networks) so its a largely academic scenario in the first place.

I can’t answer for the OP, but for me, I don’t have this game installed on my home PC, so I can’t just “jump on” and play on a whim.
Since you brought it up, use your Google-fu skills to show us the search terms you would use to find this. Then produce the link which contains the answer.
Note that finding out the answer to something like this vs. something simple like “what are the races in StarCraft” are quite different.

When last Zeratul’s Prism is destroyed, army just unloads without any losses, I checked that.
Probably the same with Kerrigan’s Nydus, but haven’t checked that.

It may be different though? In Coop, when a transport carrying units gets destroyed, it automatically unloads them. Are Omega/Nydus Worms considered a troop transport in terms of the code?
Just tested it.
Loaded units pop out where the last network or worm gets destroyed, similar to Zeratul’s arrays.

I tested it for Alarak’s prism some time ago. It works like a Hercules and according to previous answers omega worm and Zeratul’s prism.
