Is there a way to use quick cast in this game? For example if i want to use storm i would press “T” and then have to mouse click. I want to eliminate the mouse click and storm to go off wherever my curser is located when i press “T”. That mouse click just makes everything clunky. This game has been out forever so surely there is a setting im just missing?

No such option afaik. I really don’t see the utility in it honestly, firing with your left hand while aiming with the right sounds a bit off and you’d get into a lot more trouble with misimputs.
You can bind the targeting part of some abilities to the same button as the “deploy” button, so for example with creep tumors you can bind both to the C button and then you’ll be able to spam them without needing individual clicks, but there is an initial delay on the first “rapidfired” imput, so as far as casting storm without left clicking goes it’s worthless cause it isn’t instant.
Yes, there is. Its called Rapid-fire. You’ll have to look up how to set it up though, but its fairly simple.
