Place an yellow avatar on the Night of the Dead when it is night and have fun.
still dont understand
The avatar of essence (the orange one) has an ability that allows it to devolve enemies around it every 15 seconds or so. This turns the enemies into weaker forms. The achievement requires you to use this ability on 200 units in a single game. The recommended way to get this achievement is to play dead or night and call down the avatar on as many infested as you can during the night.
As said above, the idea is to use the Avatar of Essence (orange avatar) ability to convert enemy units into other lower tier units, then kill said converted units.
Some tips:
Tnx all! Going to try it now
I’m trying to get this Achievement as well.
Just to be clear, your ally can’t kill the devolved units, and you can only kill them with Zeratul? I’ve played the Dead of Night map countless times, killed the devolved units with Zeratul’s first fragment (the support void rays, dark templar, or zealots) to kill the devolved units, but it still says 0/200, or do you have to kill all 200 before you unlock it?
The legion isn’t registered as Your unit but Allies units. You need to kill the devolved with Your units
hmm…well, that explains why I’m taking a long time to get that achievement, lol. Thanks, Also, is it supposed to say 0/200 even though I’ve killed devolved units with Zeratul–you just don’t get the achievement until you do it in one game–shouldn’t that achievement not have a counter below the achievement then?
Hmm. That’s weird. Could be a bug.
I used to help a guy trying to get this achievement and he could tell how many units are needed during the match.
May be reporting this to the bug forum and see if they can help?
Oh, really? in that case I’ll report it as a bug, thanks.
I found it while going to the achievements page while in-game, it does indeed count toward my total. I was confused because I was checking after I comepleted the game.
