Because protoss is imbalanced, you have to go attack and killed them with 2 bases, because protoss gets everygame fully saturated third, with no risk, + better tech, better upgrades, more units and yet he is pressuring you with blink. Apparently blizzard wants us all in even more next patch, not addressing problem protoss economy. I am so glad they are nerfing charge, even innovation complained on that… Problem with raven push, they just make 2 phoniex, he even flied them into mine and 6 marines in bunker and i even throw autoturret and both lived with red hp and killed raven and without raven you can’t win, because he can get 4 collosi when you have only 6 medivacs and you won’t have even viking production, that wouldnt work, because he is 3 base before your even start to make your third… By the time that would hit, he would have archons and extra 30 chargelots, only window is with raven, i see latealy protosses go 2 phoniex to counter raven and than you just autolose it is so tough… Or turtle or 3 bases with mass shield battery cannon and void, + disruptor, you can’t even run into that… And drops he just warps in zealots and stalkers and defend with voids. Phoenix is such a disgusting unit, if protoss wasn’t that ahead, he can use that to snipe things and pick of and when you push you have to keep things together, if you are not extremelly carefully he pop out of fog and pick of something gg and he can lose these it doesn’t even matter since he is massively ahead… Just if you can’t make raven it is big win and if you make it how you are supposed to keep it alive, when you push , don’t want wait on stim, you want it get when you go across map, by that time he will get already 3-4 collosi. Wonder how it will go on next patch. People may go 3 rax or some crazy sh1t. I already see it will go, blizzard will revert half the changes they done and than we will have to play another 3 years against this sh1t, i have winrate tvt 54 tvz 56, tvp 37%… and when i click on any gm terran same lowest winrate in tvp… it is such a disgusting matchup…
If this fine gentleman was a M1 or GM Terran i would think that he had the misfortune to stumble into…KingCobra.
It’s hilarious how Gospodin Segei treat such fine specimens…
I would give my right hand in order to understand russian language to hear his comments on Ladder.
P.S. This fine gentleman has yet to whine for Void, Carrier Observer and Probe…Way to go.
Or maybe the Big Conspiracy of Aiur is a real thing, and there are really “malignant” Protoss trolls that want to discredit the whineterrans by impersonation (a kind of changeling)…
If it was something that would be reasonable to spend time and effort, i would do precisely that…
LOL, this must be the Terran-King of Turtle…
I mentioned Cobra because he likes to search with 3-4 Phoenixes the back of the dumb-terran base where the dumb-terran parks his precious Raven…
For this the dunmb-terrans has called him a cheater and a map-hacker…
Ok, dude, when you open with “Because X is imbalanced/OP” many people will just ignore you. (Myself included.) maybe try building a better opinion before the insults, SuperNinja.
The usual style that this gentleman uses is to whine about somehere between 50 and 70 percent of the opposing race’s units per post. Give this fine gentleman a couple more posts and he will have covered all protoss units, don’t you worry.
There are. People that play Disruptor-heavy games. The drawback in mobility of Disruptors is minimized by the high-mobility of Phoenixes and their role in drop interception/fight, harassment and big help even in the main army.
True, no Protoss below 5000-5500 can do that but it holds up to 6500MMR. Follow-up is a fast Fleet-Becon, Anion Crystal and Tempest/Carrier.
Yeah ok, kingCobra does that, and maybe some of his wannabees(for some reason he makes me want to vomit but that’s another matter), but that’s still an irrelevant percentage of protoss players.
LOL, can you explain what exactly is that causes your vomit reflex? Every strategic and tactical KingCobra’s move has a reason. He is the living proof that with high IQ and low APM (150-200) you can bring-down GM and High-GM players with 400 APM.
Probably the fact that cobra demonstrates perfectly how easy protoss is compared to other races, there’s literally no way to be a gm zerg with 200 or less apm in macro games, same with terran(unless you’re a turtle mech god I guess).
We have very different sets of values. I judge players by their IQ, strategic and tactical abilities, good judgement and multitasking. The APM counts when all the first conditions are equal on both parts. Also the game is such that protoss has a lower APM as a race for several reasons (compared with terran mech) but precision is crucial.
APM up to Mid-GM is artificially inflated by junk-APM. A player that manages to do the same task with 100 APM where the other do it with 200 APM is to be congratulated.
Years ago it was a excellent Swedish Pro-Player -Elfi that was distinguished by a first-class brain and 100-150 APM.
okay…
my average apm is low, because i dont care about my apm.
in my opinion - if ur apm in 1st minute of the game more than 40 - u really bad player
i could play with 300 average amp, but it feels like my brain is dead. coz i thinking not about a game, but about what button to press
Sergei, can you tell us the story of that M1 NA terran (one or two years ago) that asked you "How is possible that your two Carriers killed…12 of my Thors?
His 350 APM was not much of help when the dumb-terran had no idea of Interceptor-Leash Range…
