I vote Blizzard opens up a separate PvP system that lets us 1v1 the commanders and base no balancing around how they perform in PvP. Sure some will be stronger than others but it would sure bring some real color and fun back to the game again. It would even let them test some units and consider using them in normal PvP if they end up doing a small over haul of the races eventually to try to attract more and new players. Keep StarCraft 2 thriving!
It will quickly boil down to which commanders are best for fast kills and cheesing, making that mode more of a fad than anything meaningful.
There is ready a mod for that, I think it’s called “coop all stars”, same as there was a mutation few years ago, which let players face each other and everyone just used karax or raynor… So it makes no sense to create that
