So I submitted a Ticket, after doing so i was told to post this in the report a bug instead.
So it seem a bunch of people had the same issue, and the problem was never fixed yet. For those who bought the War Chest that completed all the requirements for the Purifier Unit skins, the Console cosmetic for Purifier was supposed to be unlocked. Yet it is still locked.
Lets hope this gets fixed sooner than later.
