I think Protoss is absolutely fine in PvT but in PvZ Protoss is lacking by a lot. Against Terran, people need to learn abusing the good stuff like Disruptor, Colossi and Phoenix.
Imagine winning a game just because you got a single drop into opponent base that can make an army on top of terran production so you barely even risk losing units on the way in.

The official one posted on the front page(which is the link that I talked about) is the stable version where they properly preview and finalized. If you jump to today, Zest is currently at 13th.
And even if we make it in your favor and say it is true that Zest is rank 9, that would mean 1 single Pro Protoss in the top 10 where T and Z occupied the rest.
