I was ranked gold tier 2 already and just about to hit tier 1 (the progress bar was one win away from ranking me up to tier 1 gold). Then, after I won that next round, it just restarted the progress bar right back to the beginning, except I was still in tier 2 going for tier 1 again. The bar acted like I had ranked up to tier 1 (and therefore should’ve been showing progress to platinum 3), but, like I said, still back in tier 2 with no rank up animation or anything else appearing about it. I waited a couple days to see if it would change, but it hasn’t. I tried the troubleshooting steps I could find online on the forums/community and so forth for missing progress, such as going in as an administrator, restarting, and so on, but no dice. 100 to zero real quick…
