Does the random cmd option choose a random prestige for the cmd as well or just a random cmd with a prestige already been pre-selected ?
Just random commander, your prestige will remain as you selected.
For example, your Raynor P3 will always appear as P3 whenever Raynor randomized as a result of commander randomization.
