For no reason they take 3s more to build compared to their counterparts Pylon and Overlords. Terran does not need to be handicapped in every single form possible, Blizzard.

They have it for simple reason. SCV cant regen as Drones and Probes can. If both have same HP, drones and Probes win the fight. To stop P and Z from just drone rushing for rather easy win as T has naturally less SCVs, SCV has more HP to survive one extra hit others can regen (Drone regens it instantly and probe regens rapidly out of fight)
SCVs can repair, and on most maps you can be up like 4 workers by the time a worker rush hits.
It’s asymmetric balance of core core mechanics, and it isn’t changing.

That’s the point. OP’s request is not a bright one, and is not happening.
SCV repair cost money. If both sides use workers to fight, which means no side is mining using these workers, it is side that bleeds money that will inevidably lose, simply because enemy can regenerate for free while you can’t.
Also, Drones regen pretty much instant first damage is done to them. If you do not one shot Zerg unit, it always ends up with 1 extra HP. So even in straight up fight, Zerg would win on same HP thanks to this.
And 4 extra drones is very much in card for Zerg that can ignore first supply block.
As you can see for yourself the Whining Task Force (Seizon and Platys51) work on the principle: What’s mine is mine, what’s yours is up for discussion.
It’s their peculiar state of mind that they that they are OK with terran perks of Macro-mechanics but consider unfair Protoss/Zerg’s ones.
In the broad-world those are the people that refuse to take responasability for their own actions, just free-riders.
I see no stupidity pointed out. SCVs had ALWAYS more HP. Even in broodwar. Why? Because without regen, you lose to worker pulls. All terran buildings also have 45 HP when being built as killing worker stops it.

He is very correct. SCV’s are the most vulnerable workers that cannot regen, therefore have more HP. It’s one hit more. It’s a reasonable amount of HP. Broodwar SCV’s had 60hp. Want those back instead? I sure don’t.
Reducing the build time on the supply depot would make proxy rax builds stronger, but other then that it makes terran gameplay so much smoother. I tested it out on the BeastyQT map. Everything except gas first times out so much better and feels like it fits. I would be ok with changing it, but we would have to keep a close eye on the meta.
Every Protoss/Zerg understands it and accepts it. Different races are different. But one can’t accept the bonuses and reject the balancing limitations.
That’s what makes mad a lot of people here.
It’s the wrong limitation. If depot build time were to be buffed, nerfing SCV HP isn’t the counter solution. Nerfing barracks build time or nerfing bunker build time would be a better solution, but they may not be necessary depending on how the meta plays out.
