I played my placement match and got put in masters (with legit mmr), but I am wondering if its placing everyone there like it did last season?
The last thing I want to do is give blizzard credit they do not deserve.
No. I’m plat and got placed in Bronze. I played vs a Bronze guy who was also plat (~2800 MMR) and his next game was vs a Bronze who was previously Diamond.
I guess they found a new way to screw it up.
I got placed in Diamond as usual so it seems to work correctly. This is on EU though so am not sure if it is fixed on NA.
