Click on anybody’s profile in your browser, their achievement names and descriptions are all wrong.
The issue has been aggravated with the latest Mengsk update - now many images are missing.

Bumping this again since it still hasn’t been patched with the latest 4.11.2
Happy New Year. It’s 2020 and this issue still hasn’t been fixed.
It’d happened several times. Tons of side-effects caused by Blizzard’s changes, yet they still try and balance co-op. 
That’s right. This problem always goes with new patches. Time to run a technical support ticket. 
Seems to be fine.

This issue still exists though.
It seems Blizz is not checking this issue. Profiles are a mess.

I think we need to bring up this issue weekly for it to be fixed.
Every week, we need to point out why SC2 profiles are bugged.

Bliz is aware of it. It’s simply a matter of priority, of which the websites are typically lower.
Just be careful. Doing so could be considered spam. The only thing you’d achieve is possibly losing the ability to post!
“We” as in us collectively.
A different poster each week should highlight these SC2 profile/achievement/api bugs. That is the only way for us to get this resolved using the forum.
Alternatively, we need to identify technical lead contacts at Blizzard and contact them directly.
The issues are found both in-game and on the web.
