Absolutely NO difference between nova as ghost (lvl1 Prestige) and lvl2 Prestige (Infanteriespezialistin).
Still Techvoraussetzungen for Fabrik and Raumhafen, still pay money for upgrades…

You’re mixing german(?) and english, and your numbers don’t seem to fit prestiges.
I can’t understand your issue, so I doubt the staff could.
COMMANDER NOVA has the same requirements/abilities at Prestige Level 2 as at Level 1. The tech requirements for Factory and Starport are still necessary (which should NOT be required at lvl 2 Prestige), even though I’m already at lvl 14.
Did you “select” the prestige after unlocking it?
