There are three empty spots in the bottom of the Unit Tech panel, what if they were filled with Bunkers, Missle Turrets, and Planetary Fortresses?
They could borrow MagRail Munitions for extra bunker’d up unit range, and make a “Neosteel Support Frames” tech that could be used any of the 3 defensive structures to increase HP and Range,
The ‘Special Ordinance’ (or something like that, I forget what it’s called but it gives BCs 4x the attacks) upgrade could let PFs attack air, and “Smart Servos” can make Bunkers/Turrets/PFs build faster, and (bit of a stretch,) Spider Mines could give Turrets AOE attacks.
Let me know if this is a good idea or not, and if you have any suggestions for other building Upgrades, post ‘em here!
I’d use Spider Mines for Bunkers, where bunkers deploy a circle of mines that redeploy after use every X seconds. Super Stimpacks to buff infantry inside for improved buffs, if not make it a makeshift medbay. Similar for MagRail Munitions. Maybe Special Ordinance for an extra turret.
For Missile Turrets, I’d go with MagRail Munitions for more powerful attacks with Special Ordinance for the cluster missile pack.
The “Support Frames” is an interesting idea, though.

Thanks for the feedback! Hmmm, I thought it might be a little OP to give all units in Bunkers Super Stimpack instead of just one type of unit, but the others seem pretty good😀.
It was a bit far off, but I reasoned that since the stims would be limited to a stationary bunker, it would be fine.
What if we gave PFs smart servos and they could fly. Then what if they attacked while flying
We got a really sexy looking battlecruiser in the works

Maybe, except changing the “servos” does not change the fact the PF itself is too heavy to fly. And it lacks AA, unlike the BC
Then I guess we need a better turbo. The Planetary Fortress Lack the ability to shoot up. However, by lifting the building itself up, it no longer needs to point the barrel up anymore!
