what can i do ? i deleted so many things but still not enough space

There are a few areas in which your Mac often stores stuff:

  • iOS Device Backups (can be found under iTunes)
  • Email Attachments (if you use Mail app)
  • Time Machine Snapshots (if you are on a portable, e.g. Macbook, and don’t do your backups

If you are unsure where to find all your stuff, you can consider using 3rd party apps like Clean My Mac X (free to clean a certain amount of stuff or 20% off - MAC20PAW). Just to be upfront, I don’t earn anything from recommending.

If the space is available it’s very likely some type of permission or other block is occurring causing the Blizzard app to not be able to allocate that space. Try checking the following:

  1. Check your permissions for the following folders: Repair the Application Support folder , and Repair the Shared Folder Permissions .

Next we do not support installing the game on Case-Sensitive Volumes or FileVault encrypted drives.
