No Video Upon Launch!

After a few rounds of troubleshooting for the last couple of days, I’ve been unable to get SC2 video to appear upon launch.

Bug presents as a total black screen across my two monitors, but sounds are still playing.

NVDIA launched new drivers this week, so I did a round of reinstalling older driver releases, as well as reinstalling the game with the same outcomes. The game is running, and the only way to close it is to ALT TAB out.

Current system: Windows 11, AMD Ryzen 7, NVDIA GeForce RTX 3060

Any suggestions appreciated <3

screen resolution might need changed or it might need put in fullscreen, windowed fullscreen try those see what happens

What OS and what hardware do you have?

Thank you! I managed to find a similar reply that instructed how to do that with the game settings in launcher…not sure if I’ll have to launch it windowed every time now, but it seems to work.
