I can’t purchase commanders that do not appear in the shop, for instance Swann, Karax.
There used to be a “purchase” button in game, in every commander view, but now it’s gone.

There are four commanders that aren’t available independently: Swann, Zagara, Vorazun and Karax. The only way to get them is to purchase the Campaign Collection.
There was an instance many years ago where a special was held that offered them individually. However, it was for a limited time only, and was never repeated.

That’s not true.
I bought nearly all of them just one of them is missing and I buy only one each month usually.
Started that a bit more then a year ago and probably bought swann a year ago, karax 8 months ago and vorazun just 3-4 months ago
