I bought the heart of the swarm campaign yesterday and the new campaign option is blocked

I think this is related to the same issue that’s causing the coop commanders to be locked at level 5 for some users. I’m posting updates on this here. I’ll also mention this info to our team who is investigating the issue so they can handle both if it turns out to be different after all.
