MaxPax is very talented, he probably is going to be the best protoss soon, and he looks more clean, I am just not sure how comitted he is to SC2.
Solution for cannon hatch proxy is give full vision on building being made instead of being complete.
Give overlords spread creep from get go most proxies against Zerg would go away.
Zerg need faster tech paths reason bc drop so devastating is Zerg can easily fall behind which you then need greater skill to counter it. Either remove lair from tech tree or allow queen and lair be made

Vision isn’t good enough, they can still do it. Just stop letting players make buildings on the other side of the map, it’s stupid.
It’s a valid strategy. Just because you don’t like it doesn’t mean it should be removed. Frankly adding restrictions like that actively takes away from the game anyway.
I talk about building restrictions specifically because it doesn’t make any sense. Your minerals are being collected from your base. It’s completely illogical to have them warp a mile away for a building.
So you shouldn’t be able to proxy either? If you base trade you can’t take their base if you feel like it? It’s just part of the game, having the freedom to play whatever strategy you want, and you just have to learn how to counter people’s strategies
Nah, I don’t like it. If you’re playing the AI it’s whatever, but as a competitive game I don’t think people should be able to do weird things like that.
That’s the whole point of scouting it’s easy to defend if catch it in time. Certain builds can also crush it.
So if buildings had full vision then you can build in all blind spots of where proxy be made at.
Zerg main weakness is slow tech compared to Terran or toss.
Some people confused thinker if you increase Zerg build time it increase rate produce.
Say for example best and fastest time you can hit 10 mutas is 6 minutes mark. Say you drop build of spire by minute. You hit 3-4 mutas but won’t able to get max until 6 minutes mark. It allow Zerg get units on field faster but not swarm numbers it needs to.
It’s actually not always easy to ‘crush’ a scouted building cheese, because with Zerg and Protoss you have to kill their building, and you probably have to use your workers, which opens up all kinds of ideas, maybe they waste more minerals trying to stop an attack you may not even be committed to. That’s why the game is f’ing stupid.
The commitment on the building alone offsets the worker pull you do to kill it, depending on how many workers you pull though. Defending isn’t as easy as cheesing, arguably, but it’s definitely wrong to say that having your cheese defended by your opponent still means you’re ahead.
Well especially as Protoss, it’s almost crazy not to do it, considering that you’re getting free scouting info, it’s an 100 mineral pylon which probably takes at least that much to take down, it can be cancelled giving you back 75% of the cost, plus the fact that alot of players don’t incessentally watch youtube videos to figure out these kinds of math. In summary, defending this games design is ridiculous.

Statements like this will always make me wonder why the people making them even play this game.
We don’t, we just sit back on the sidelines and pray that the balance council (some of which actively cheese the ladder in bronze to GM series on youtube) will grow up and change the game, as it is within their power to do so.
Guy ur problem u play Ai and there stuff that would work in theory but doesn’t other mechanics that works.
So play 1 vs 1 play random and cheese you find how strength and weakness.
My only problem with Zerg is overlords need spred creep from get go. Some people feels that block is good strat but counter would be bad.

That is a bad idea because the scouting Overlord could deny Terran and Protoss from expanding, walling off, etc.
But you really don’t know unless you do it.
Claim your good but never play 1 vs 1 only Ai is claiming best at boxing but only shadow box. random and record ones that do cheese against you counter it.
Now fix proxy on building is they have no hp until they complete and lose no money. So if proxy discovered then they auto been defeated. But con be is all defensive be weak before complete.
I don’t know if I even can stop some cheeses, that’s not even the point. I think the cheese is too good, but it’s not in the spirit of the game for me, too dirty, so yeah.
