Bought Stukov over the client, leveled him to level 7 or 8 in the same session, logged out and now 2 days later he is capped at level 5(which doesn´t show, he is just level 5 with max EXP) without a purchase button.
Also all commanders i have not unlocked also had their purchase button disappear and those who I tested to level 5 do not show the capped till purchase thing anymore. Region is Europe, never played in another region.
This all seems to have started since connecting to the server is slower than usual since yesterday.

Yea, same problem. Also there seems to be an issue to the ingame purchase-function in general. You cant buy any cosmetics either. When logging in, the game gives me a notice that there are connection issues - where i can choose to play offline. This notification stays for half a second and after that im instantly logged into the game. All online features are accessable. Just not the bought commanders and ingame purchase-function.
European server, the same issue, but the difference is that I purchased Abase and upgraded it to level 10. After a while, when I went online again, I found that it was locked to level 5 and could not be upgraded. However, the purchase button in the game disappeared again, and there is a payment record that can be viewed by logging into the official website
What i described, wrote a ticket to support, only answer ive got was that i should wait a few hours (its been over a day now since the bug occured) or try to relog(which I also did). And I should post here, which as you can see I did. I´m guessing something went wrong with their servers and they disabled ingame purchases as to not further create more problems.
