Group A - A single protoss that is ranked lower than everyone else in his group, was not expected to advance
Group B - 0 Protoss, but I’m sure the fact that no protoss advanced from here is signs they’re UP
Group C - 3 Protoss, 1 advances because of PvP and Reynor, an S-Tier Zerg.
Group D - 3 Protoss, we’ll see tomorrow

Trap lost and he was considered the current best Protoss player… even if all 3 Protoss in group D will advance which I doubt it will happen, there will be 5 Terrans and 4 Protoss so statistically speaking Protoss is not OP so you might wanna stop…

They are trying but they never been the best at balancing the game… if they gonna try and buff Protoss they might make them actually OP so they are being careful.

Have you looked at GM population? Yeah, statistically speaking, Protoss IS op. It’s actually statistically impossible for the Protoss pop to be so high in GM in a balanced game.

Game is balanced toward the Higher level of play. Measuring balance in the 4600+MMR is stupid.
Game is balanced in 6800-7200MMR.
Also, due to design issues Protoss is more powerful in BO1 (Ladder) at the expense of BON (Tournaments).

Even if the representation is 100 T, 100 Z, and 1 P, Protoss still needs to be nerfed to the ground because of the PPP. With the PPP trolling the boards, even deleting the Protoss race is not a fair enough nerf. No amount of nerfs in the universe is enough until PPP is completely annihilated.

This game is dead, no one is actually going to buff or nerf anything, and it should stay that way.
