you on EU servers? theres crazy amount of issues with it and blizz is already looking into it according to other posts

Asia server same issue after bought another commander, kerrigan stuck at lvl5

Same here, tried contacting support and creating a ticket. Its damn near impossible to have a conversation with an actual employee and not a bot or some “Did this help?” crap that isnt related.
